This warranty does not cover:

- Damage resulting from service provided from an unauthorized service center.

Cosmofleet - The best looking Atowak

I am very pleased with the latest Cosmofleet. The matte grey is really nice and add to the futuristic look of the Watch. The only complaint I have is the fabric rubber strap which is too stiff even after 1 month of wearing and the screws of the clasp came off and I am missing some screws on the clasp. So I can’t wear it now and I I’ll be good if you can seen me some screws for the clasp. I recently bought the grey alligator strap which is perfect. I think the fabric rubber strap is nice if only you can soften the rubber so that it is not stiff.

My watch jammed and didnt work!! Warranty is useless.

I bought a cosmofleet from yr boutique in Gardens Mall - KL. It was working fine when i checked it. When I got back to Australia and wore it for the first time, it was stuck. The crown couldnt change the time, but it could wind the spring. But when wound up - the watch didnt move - the whole movement was stuck. I called the KL shop to have it fixed under warranty - they told me there was no service agent in Australia. So i was going to take it back to KL to have it fixed - they told me the watch is so new - their local service agent could not fix it. They advised me to post it back to Hong Kong to have it fixed there. Bad customer service. Am i expected to pay for the postage and insurance, and what if it got lost in transit ?? Who bears the responsibility. Also I am not sure how long they would take to repair my watch. I needed it because i was flying to Europe mid-April. So i tried to call the Hong Kong number they gave me - no answer. Some answering machine message in Mandarin - WTF??? No English?? I called the KL store and told them - i would return the watch to them and they should have it fixed even if they were to send it to HK but THEy should be doing this - not me. They told me their store is closing in afew days for 6 weeks because of renovations. WTF!!! Then i checked on the website - i can buy another one and i will have it by early April so i can still wear it to europe in mid-April for my special event. In Australia, if u buy something - especially something this EXPENSIVE, u are protected and if it fails before u get to use it - it should be REPLACED and not REPAIRED. sO I ASKED THE kl STORE FOR A FULL REFUND and said i would just order another one online so that I can get it in time for my special trip to Europe. So far - it has been 2 days and the shop has not got back to me, Bad bad service - u'd think they would give a customer who bought such an expensive watch priority service. Shame. SO I am reaching out to u - ATOWAK - the manufacturers - I am ready to place an order online NOW. Will u accept my watch back and pay for me to send it back to u? I also notice you have 30 day returns - if u do have that, then you should have no problem accepting my watch back right? Please reply asap.

Disappointed with the Atowak Cosmofleet

The watch casing colour in real life was a matte grey, which was different from the pictures showed on the Atowak website, which was more black. Was a bit disappointed when I saw it. Nevertheless, I like the complications inside the watch itself.

...aperta la confezione mi aspettavo un impacchettamento più elegante, soprattutto per il cinturino. Inoltre la scatola della garanzia, non timbrata né firmata, era deformata nel lembo di chiusura.
...i colori non corrispondono a quanto si vede nelle immagini.
Sono infatti più sbiadite, soprattutto il cinturino in pelle.
...è più piccolo di quello che sembra nelle foto.
...la forma della cassa è tale che il cinturino non riesca a fasciare correttamente il polso, non restandone quindi al centro ma muovendosi verso il suo interno o il suo esterno.
...il cinturino in gomma è troppo rigido nella parte vicino alla cassa e molto flessibile verso le estremità. Nel cinturino gomma-tessuto, avrei preferito un passantino in gomma invece che uno in tessuto: in ogni caso sarebbe dovuto essere ben più stretto per mantenere l'estremità libera dello spezzone H6.
...dall'apertura posteriore si intravede un movimento che appare "un po' leggerino".

E' un orologio che punta in alto con il movimento delle sfere (ciò che mi ha spinto ad acquistarlo) ma che però non è globalmente all'altezza della sua ambizione.

Inaccurate time piece that is also very small in every way

Despite the good looks, is running slow, about 24 minutes per day. Watch is much smaller than it appears in ad, they have used a ver ysmall wristed model it appears. I am unable to fit bracelet, For reference, I can wear a rolex submariner without adding links. This is like a women's watch.
