Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping on ATOWAK official store. We're so sorry to here if you're not satisfied with the watches you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@atowak.com, we will try our best to meet your request.


Return step


Please contact us and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and product name. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.


Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment, as selected by you.


Return &Exchanges Policy


You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, If 30 days have gone by since you have accept the package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging, ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.


Shipping charges for any non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer.Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.


Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned, you must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online.


Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Order Cancellation


Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Please Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 12 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied.

We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.


Return Address


Please contact us if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.


Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Refund Policy


Important: Any shipping damage must be reported to atowak.com within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise it is ineligible for any insurance or refund claims.


NOTE: atowak.com will NOT accept any returns that are not approved or if the customer does not return the item on time.

-Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
-Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
-Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
-All returns must be made via our Return Procedure by contacting us.
-There are a few non-returnable products & services that may be offered on our website. It will indicate clearly in the product description if a different return policy applies.
-Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment or in some cases.
-If the return of an item was caused by an error on our or a manufacturer's part, we will cover the shipping fees...
