After a year of dedicated work, our warehouse team in Hong Kong and our trusted logistics partners are gearing up for a well-deserved break. As a result, there may be some impact on the shipment of orders to specific countries. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please be assured that we are making every effort to ensure your orders are dispatched by February 20th, 2024.

Here are the shipping policies for specific countries and regions from February 2nd to February 19th:

1. Most orders for the United States and European Union countries will be unaffected and will be shipped within 3 days of placing the order.

2. Orders for countries and regions outside the United States and the European Union will be shipped uniformly on February 20th.
